移动护理信息系统管理对肺炎患儿心理状态、护理服务质量及不良事件发生情况的影响

Effects of mobile nursing information system management on psychological status,nursing service quality and occurrence of adverse events in children with pneumonia

目的 探讨移动护理信息系统管理对肺炎患儿心理状态、护理服务质量及不良事件发生情况的影响。方法 选取2019年9月至12月我院接收的86例肺炎患儿为研究对象,以抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上采取移动护理信息系统管理。比较两组的心理状态、护理服务质量评分及不良事件发生情况。结果 干预后,两组的SCARED、DSRSC评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组照护者的护理态度、不良事件处理、护患沟通、响铃应答评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率为11.63%,低于对照组的37.21%(P<0.05)。结论 移动护理信息系统管理用于肺炎患儿临床护理中,不仅可改善患儿的心理状态,而且能提高照护者的护理服务质量,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To explore the effects of mobile nursing information system management on psychological status,nursing service quality and occurrence of adverse events in children with pneumonia. Methods Eighty-six children with pneumonia enrolled in our hospital from September to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given mobile nursing information system management on the basis of the nursing scheme of the control group. The scores of psychological status, nursing service quality and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SCARED and DSRSC scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of nursing attitude, adverse event handling, nurse-patient communication and response to ring of caregivers in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 11.63%, which was lower than 37.21% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mobile nursing information system management applied in the clinical nursing of children with pneumonia can not only improve the psychological status of children, but also improve the nursing service quality of caregivers and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
