运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合尊严护理对癌症晚期患者尊严水平、睡眠质量及心理状态的影响

Effects of exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with dignity nursing on dignity level, sleep quality and mental state of patients with advanced cancer

目的 探讨运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合尊严护理对癌症晚期患者尊严水平、睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法 将我院接收的82例癌症晚期患者按护理方案分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合尊严护理。比较两组的尊严水平、睡眠质量及心理状态。结果 干预后,观察组的依赖性、症状困扰、精神安宁、心理状态、社会支持评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合尊严护理用于癌症晚期患者护理中,不仅能改善其尊严水平和心理状态,还能提高患者的睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with dignity nursing on the dignity level, sleep quality and psychological state of patients with advanced cancer. Methods A total of82 patients with advanced cancer received in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group added exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with dignity nursing on the basis of the control group. The dignity level, sleep quality and mental state of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of dependence, symptom distress, mental tranquility, psychological state and social support in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of sleep quality, the time to fall asleep, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with dignity nursing applied in the nursing of patients with advanced cancer can not only improve the dignity level and mental state, but also improve the sleep quality, which is worthy of promotion.
