全程预见性护理在老年股骨骨折中的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响

Application effect of whole-course predictive nursing in elderly femoral fracture and its influence on the incidence of complications

目的 探究全程预见性护理在老年股骨骨折中的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法 选取我院收治的82例老年股骨骨折患者作为观察对象,依据奇偶数将其随机分为常规组(41例,常规护理干预)和研究组(41例,全程预见性护理干预)。比较两组的护理干预效果。结果 术后1、3、5 d,研究组的VAS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后首次功能锻炼时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于常规组,并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组的髋关节疼痛、功能、畸形和活动度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,研究组的运动功能、认知功能评分及FIM总分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 全程预见性护理在老年股骨骨折中的应用效果显著,可缓解患者的术后疼痛,改善髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率,进而加快康复进程,提高患者功能独立性。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course predictive nursing in elderly femoral fracture and its influence on the incidence of complications. Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with femoral fracture admitted in our hospital were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into routine group(41 cases, routine nursing intervention) and research group(41 cases, whole-course predictive nursing intervention) according to odd and even numbers. The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 1, 3, and 5 d after operation, the VAS score in the research group was lower than that in the routine group(P <0.05). The postoperative first functional exercise time, first getting out of bed time and hospital stay in the research group were shorter than those in the routine group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the routine group(P <0.05). At 3 months after operation, the hip pain, function, deformity and range of motion scores in the research group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05). At 3 months after operation, the motor function, cognitive function scores and total FIM score in the research group were higher than those in the routine group(P <0.05). Conclusion The whole-course predictive nursing applied in elderly femoral fractures has a remarkable effect, it can relieve postoperative pain, improve hip function, and reduce the incidence of complications, thereby speeding up the rehabilitation process and improving the functional independence of patients.
