机械制造企业的安全风险较多,因此,必须加强生产现场的安全管理,及时发现、处理风险及隐患,预防安全事故的发生,保障生产安全。论文对机械制造企业的生产特点进行了分析,探讨了机械制造企业生产现场安全管理中存在的问题,并提出了机械制造企业生产现场安全管理的优化策略。

There are many safety risks in machinery manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,they must strengthen the safety management of the production site,find and deal with risks and hidden dangers in time,prevent the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure production safety.This paper analyzes the production characteristics of machinery manufacturing enterprises,discusses the problems existing in the safety management of production site in machinery manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward the optimization strategies of safety management of production site in machinery manufacturing enterprises.
