近年来,我国制造业企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。制定和执行科学的管理制度可以有效提升产品质量以及生产效率,进而促进企业转型和升级。通过大量国内外实践,精益生产模式已被证实对制造业企业管理创新能力的提升发挥着不可忽视的促进作用,值得我国制造业企业借鉴。论文首先介绍了精益生产的基本理论,阐述了精益生产对制造业企业的重要性及其应用现状,最后探讨了基于精益生产的制造业企业管理创新模式,以期为我国制造业企业市场竞争力的提升提供参考。

In recent years,the competition among manufacturing enterprises in China has become increasingly fierce.The formulation and implementation of scientific management system can effectively improve product quality and production efficiency,and then promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Through a large number of practices at home and abroad,lean production mode has been proved to play an important role in promoting the improvement of management innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises,which is worthy of reference for manufacturing enterprises in China.Firstly,the paper introduces the basic theory of lean production,expounds the importance of lean production to manufacturing enterprises and its application status,and finally discusses the management innovation mode of manufacturing enterprises based on lean production,so as to provide a reference for the improvement of market competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in China.
