摘要
核电工程由建造阶段转入运营阶段的移交接产工作,涉及系统、设备、构筑物和文件各项内容大量管理责任转移,涉及多家单位、部门接口工作。论文采用移交接产信息化需求分析、结构化颗粒分解建立信息化移交平台,并基于项目实践对建立更高水平的数字化移交平台、移交接产辅助决策、文件归档进行了研究,同时挖掘移交接产各方权益并进行数字化移交平台权重赋分,对满足后续核电厂全寿期管理要求、实现智能电厂和智慧核电有着重要的借鉴和参考作用。
The handover of nuclear power projects from the construction stage to the operation stage involves the transfer of a large number of management responsibilities for various contents of systems,equipment,structures and documents,and the interface work of multiple units and departments.In this paper,an informatization handover platform is established based on the analysis of the informatization requirements of handover and structured particle decomposition.Based on the project practice,this paper studies the establishment of a higher level digital handover platform,assisted decision making of handover and file archiving.At the same time,this paper explores the rights and interests of all parties involved in the handover of production and carries on the digital handover platform weight assignment,which has an important reference role in meeting the requirements for the lifetime management of subsequent nuclear power plants and realizing smart power plants and smart nuclear power.
