摘要
论文以多层次模型为工具,对高管过度自信与企业社会责任之间存在何种关系以及其中可能存在的溢出机制进行了理论与实证分析。以近年来上市公司面板数据为数据来源,实证检验了高管过度自信对企业社会绩效存在着负向影响关系。论文为正确认识高管过度自信与企业社会绩效的因果关系提供了理论与实证的又一依据。
This paper uses multi-level model as a tool to analyze the relationship between executive overconfidence and corporate social responsibility and the possible spillover mechanism.Based on the panel data of listed companies in recent years,this paper empirically examines the negative impact of executive overconfidence on corporate social performance.This paper provides another theoretical and empirical basis for correctly understanding the causal relationship between executive overconfidence and corporate social performance.
