全球经济一体化背景下,世界范围内产业竞争格局也迎来了重大变革,对于我国企业来说,风险与机遇并存,企业的发展越来越多离不开科学技术的支持,而知识产权保护无疑是中小企业实现快速发展的重要前提。基于此,论文从分析加强中小企业知识产权保护的重要性入手,通过深入研究当前我国中小企业知识产权保护存在的问题,提出了具体的保护策略,以期为我国中小企业加强知识产权保护提供理论参考,进而提升企业竞争力,推动企业持续快速发展。

In the context of global economic integration,the worldwide industrial competition pattern has ushered in a major change.For China's enterprises,risks and opportunities coexist,the development of enterprises more and more inseparable from the support of science and technology,and intellectual property protection is undoubtedly an important premise for the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on this,starting from the analysis of the importance of strengthening the intellectual property protection of small and medium-sized enterprises,the paper puts forward specific protection strategies by studying the problems existing in the current intellectual property protection of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,so as to provide theoretical reference for China's small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen intellectual property protection,enhance enterprise competitiveness,and promote sustainable and rapid development of enterprises.
