实体肿瘤治疗相关性髓系肿瘤研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress of therapy-related myeloid neoplasms in patients with solid tumors

摘要 治疗相关性髓系肿瘤(therapy-related myeloid neoplasms,t-MN)是指细胞毒性治疗,包括化疗和(或)放疗之后出现的治疗相关性急性髓系白血病(therapy-related acute myeloid leukemia,t-AML)、治疗相关性骨髓增生异常综合征(therapy-related myelodysplastic syndromes,t-MDS)。随着实体肿瘤患者生存期的延长,实体肿瘤患者化疗和(或)放疗后t-MN的发生率逐渐增加,且t-MN治疗效果不佳,预后较原发性髓系肿瘤更差。本文根据现有研究对t-MN进行综述,旨在对t-MN的进一步研究提供依据。 Therapy-related myeloid neoplasms(t-MN)are defined as therapy-related acute myeloid leukemia(t-AML)and therapy-related myelodysplastic syndromes(t-MDS)that occur after cytotoxic therapy(chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy).With improved survival of patients with solid tumors,the incidence of t-MN after chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy among patients with solid tumors has gradually risen.However,the prognosis of t-MN is worse than that of primary myeloid neoplasms.This review summarizes the current understanding based on existing research,as a foundation for further research on t-MN.
