现代农业科技创新工程绩效管理系统的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 依据河北省农林科学院实施的“现代农业科技创新工程”设立的科技专项项目,基于工程设定的任务与科技专项的产出与效果绩效指标,以及各子项目各年度执行合同的产出与效果的绩效指标进行科学管理的需求,采用WEB开发标准,基于B/S结构设计现代科技创新工程的绩效管理系统(以下简称管理系统)。在管理系统的应用中,通过记录验证产出与效果绩效指标的佐证材料,真实反映工程各项目绩效指标完成情况,通过对绩效指标的统计分析,真实反应设定任务和各子项目的执行完成情况,实现“现代农业科技创新工程”绩效目标可视化管理,提高项目管理效率。 According to the science and technology special project of the Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Project implemented by Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,based on the tasks set by the project,the output and effect performance indicators of the special project,as well as the performance indicators of the output and effect of the contract executed by each sub project in each year,the WEB development standard was adopted,and the performance management system was designed based on B/S structure.In the application of the management system,by recording and verifying the supporting materials of the output and effect performance indicators,it can truly reflect the completion of the performance indicators of each project.Through the statistical analysis of the performance indicators,it can truly reflect the completion of the set tasks and the implementation of each sub project,so as to realize the visual management of the perfor-mance objectives of the Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Project and improve the effi-ciency of project management.
