为更好解决喷涂废气污染,积极开展环境治理研究,通过在大修车间内修建喷漆房,以改变大修喷涂无组织排放;以干式净化法吸附漆雾颗粒,通过催化脱附净化废气,完善喷涂净化系统,使有机废气浓度低于环保标准。

In order to better solve the pollution of spraying waste gas and actively carry out environmental treatment research,spray rooms are built in overhaul workshops to change disorderly spraying emissions during overhauls.The dry purification method is used to absorb coatings mist particles,waste gas is purified through catalyst desorption,and the spraying purification system is improved to keep the concentration of organic waste gas lower than the environmental protection standard.
