摘要
研究基于传统钛白粉雷蒙粉碎生产线的缺点,通过粉碎理论研究及计算,设计了一套钛白粉生产线应用球磨机装置,经实验证实,可有效改善粉碎后物料球形状态,优化包膜效果,提高钛白粉颜色质量及堆密度,可有效提高下游客户的生产效率。
Based on the shortcomings of traditional titanium dioxide Raymond pulverizing production lines,a ball mill device for titanium dioxide production line application was designed through pulverization theory research and calculation.Experiments have proved that it can effectively improve the ball shape of crushed materials,optimize the coating effect,improve the color quality and bulk density of titanium dioxide,and effectively improve the production efficiency of downstream customers.
