摘要
该文介绍了一种新型套管扶正机,主要从结构、性能,技术参数等方面进行了介绍,研究了一种安全可靠,结构简单、操作强度不高,比较灵活方便的新型套管扶正机。该机构保证了操作平台在竖直方向不会卡顿,升降过程自如,并且通过锁紧机构、防坠落装置保证工作安全、可靠。基于对外界环境的考量在该扶正机操作台末端设计了机械手,从根本上实现套管扶正过程的机械化及自动化,也大幅度降低了工作人员的劳动强度。
This paper introduces a new type of casing centralizer machine,the structure performance,technical parameters are introduced,research a kind of safe and reliable,simple structure,Operating strength is not high,more flexible and convenient new casing centralizer machine.The agency ensure the operating platform in the vertical direction won t be caton,the lifting process,and work through the locking mechanism,the falling prevention device to ensure safe and reliable.Based on the consideration of the external environment in the centering machine is designed for the end of the work station of manipulator,fundamentally to realize the mechanization and automation of the process of casing centralizer,also greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
