摘要
重水控制系统是重水堆核电机组燃料操作系统的重要系统之一。印度Narora核电厂发生了因重水控制系统重水收集罐法兰氯丁橡胶垫片失效而导致大量重水泄漏的事件。该文通过对氯丁橡胶垫片寿命预测,可以认定在40年寿期内重水控制系统重水收集罐法兰有极高可能性会发生因垫片老化失效而导致跑水的事件。通过对石墨加强垫选型,并进行理论分析和计算,确认此替代方案能够满足系统需求。
Heavy water control system is one of the most important systems of fuel handling system.A large amount of heavy water leakage occurred in Narora nuclear power plant in India due to the failure of flange neoprene gasket of heavy water collecting tank of heavy water control system.Based on the life prediction of neoprene gasket,it can be concluded that the flanges of the heavy water collection tank of the heavy water control system have a high possibility of water running due to the aging failure of gasket during the 40-year life period.Through the selection of graphite reinforcing gasket and theoretical analysis and calculation,it is confirmed that the alternative scheme can meet the system requirements.
