某汽油发动机点火线圈开裂问题解析

摘要 点火线圈由初级线圈、次级线圈、磁铁、铁芯及绝缘壳体等零件组成,汽油发动机利用点火线圈将低压电转变为高压电,传递给火花塞产生电火花点燃缸内混合气,从而实现电能到热能的转换。基于其产生高压电的特殊性,点火线圈表面开裂、内部击穿为点火线圈常见故障现象。点火线圈出现故障后,无高压电产生或高压电不能完全传递至火花塞,引起动力缺失。对发动机点火线圈表面开裂问题进行了解析,通过改变ECU信号类型及点火线圈接地线连接方式,进行多组对比试验。结果表明,不同ECU信号类型及接地线方式均影响点火线圈工作信号。 The ignition coil is composed of primary coil,secondary coil,magnet,iron core,insulation shell and other parts.The gasoline engine uses the ignition coil to turn the low-voltage electricity into high-voltage electricity,which is transferred to the spark plug to generate electric spark to ignite the mixture in the cylinder,so as to realize the conversion of electric energy to heat energy.Due to the high voltage characteristic of the ignition coil,the surface crack and internal breakdown of the ignition coil are common faults.When the ignition coil fails,no high voltage is generated or the high voltage cannot be fully transferred to the spark plug,resulting in power loss.In this paper,the surface cracking problem of engine ignition coil is analyzed.Through a number of comparative tests,it is shown that different ECU signal types and ground wire modes affect the ignition coil operating signal.
