城镇开发边界的研究热点、发展进程与转型趋势——基于CiteSpace的数据可视化分析

Research Hotspots,Development Process and Transformation Trend of Urban Development Boundary:Data Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace

本文借助CiteSpace软件对CNKI数据库中近20年来城镇开发边界的367篇有效文献进行定量分析,对城镇开发边界的研究热点进行梳理,分析得出3个发展阶段:以高速扩张为背景的理论发展阶段(20世纪90年代—2005年);以精明增长为目标的实践探索阶段(2006年—2015年);以传承创新相结合的规程完善阶段(2016年至今)。进而对城镇开发边界的转型进行剖析,从中发现国家层面的政策对城镇开发边界的内涵有着强有力的引导作用;在国土空间规划的大背景下城镇开发边界的实践空间在逐渐扩展,划定方法不断创新,分层管控逐步落实。在此基础上分析了城镇开发边界面临的管理困境并指出我国未来需要完善的内容和可能的研究方向。

With the help of CiteSpace software,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of 367 effective documents of urban development boundary in CNKI database in recent 20 years,combs the research hotspots of urban development boundary,and concludes three development stages:the theoretical development stage(1990s-2005)with the background of rapid expansion,the stage of practice and exploration aiming at smart growth(2006-2015),and the regulation improvement stage(2016 to present)which is a combination of inheritance and innovation.Then it analyzes the transformation of urban development boundary,and finds that the national policy has a strong guiding role.Under the background of land space planning,the practice space of urban development boundary is gradually expanding,the delimitation method is constantly innovating,and the hierarchical management and control is gradually implemented.On this basis,the paper analyzes the current management dilemma of Urban Development Boundary and points out the content and possible research direction that China needs to improve in the future.
