空间句法sDNA在小城镇城市设计中的应用——以南京谷里新市镇为例 被引量:4

摘要 提升小城镇城市设计品质,塑造小城镇风貌特色,是推动我国新型城镇化高质量发展的重要途径。与大尺度的城市不同,小城镇的规模与步行尺度相适宜,生产与生活空间紧密相关,路网形态演变与空间发展密切结合。构建适应小城镇空间特征的空间分析方法是推动我国城市设计技术更新的重要内容。sDNA作为改良版的空间句法,具有针对性强、兼容稳定、操作简便的特点。文章运用sDNA的线段分析在空间形态量化分类、模型分析、问题生成方面与小城镇城市设计的契合性,通过江苏省南京市江宁区谷里新市镇城市设计的实证研究,探索了空间句法在小城镇设计中的应用实效。在回顾国内外研究进展的基础上探讨了空间句法在城市设计中的局限性,通过建构基于sDNA的小城镇城市设计技术方法,对空间句法的未来应用方向进行了有益讨论。 It is an important way to promote the high-quality development of new-type urbanization in China through improving the urban design quality and shaping the style and characteristics of small towns.Different from large-scale cities,the small towns is suitable for walking scale,production and living space are closely related,and the morphological evolution of road network is closely combined with spatial development.It is an important content to promote the renewal of urban design technology in China to construct a spatial analysis method adapted to the spatial characteristics of small towns.As an improved version of space syntax,sDNA has the characteristics of strong pertinence,compatibility and stability,and easy operation.Based on line segment analysis of sDNA,this paper explores the practical effect of space syntax in urban design of small towns through an empirical study on urban design of Guli New town in Jiangning District,Nanjing City,Jiangsu Province.Finally,the limitations of space syntax in urban design are discussed based on the review of research progress at home and abroad,and the future application direction of space syntax is discussed by constructing sDNA-based urban design technology for small towns.
