摘要
依据整车上存在电磁干扰,而转速传感器抗电磁干扰能力弱,导致传感器输出给ECU的部分波形丢失,发动机故障灯亮的故障进行分析,出具零部件级的改善方案。从传感器芯片、PCB电路结构方面进行剖析试验,最终采用两个电容串联后并联一个100Ω电阻的PCB电路,并制作改进后的PCB电路样件进行实车采集波形验证,最终解决因电磁干扰导致传感器丢信号的问题。
The existing electromagnetic interference in the vehicle with the speed sensor of weak anti-electromagnetic interference ability,result in part of the waveform missing output to the ECU,thus the engine fault light is on.After analyzing,the component-level implementation is provided.Analyzing from the aspects of sensor chip and PCB circuit structure test,we adopted a PCB circuit with two capacitors in series and in parallel with a 100Ωresistor,and verified the improved PCB circuit samples on the vehicle,finally solved the problem of sensor losing signal caused by EMC.
