发动机节气门结冰影响因素研究

摘要 通过借助环境舱模拟冬季寒区车辆运行条件,探究某车型发动机节气门结冰影响因素。通过试验验证表明:车辆行驶过程中,机油温度上升,其中的水汽会蒸发出来,水汽进入到进气歧管内,接触到的歧管及节气门壁面产生冷凝成霜并积聚在歧管和节气门表面。机油中的含水量、机油温度、进气歧管温度对结霜量影响较大,油温升高到一定程度后,立刻出现水汽,机油中的水被全部排出后,结霜量会大幅减少,进气歧管越冷,对结霜越有利,超过一定温度后停止结霜,开始融化。霜融化成水,在重力作用下向节气门阀板处流动,水在阀板处再次凝结成冰。 We studied the factors causing engine throttle body icing through simulating winter running condition at climate test chamber.Test result shows that,with oil temperature increasing,water evaporates,and then enters intake manifold and condenses into frost especially when contacting manifold and throttle valve.Moisture content,oil temperature and intake manifold temperature has a big impact on frost.Water occurs as soon as oil temperature rises to a certain temperature.While water in oil is drained completely,the amount of frost reduces significantly.The colder the intake manifold,the more the frost.Frost began to melt after a certain temperature.The frost melts into water and flows to the throttle plate under the action of gravity.The water condenses again at the valve plate to form ice.
