摘要
本文以高注射压力工况下的全电动注塑机注射单元结构为研究目标,在采用行星滚柱丝杠作为核心传动零件的基础上,以350吨全电动注塑机为实例,将整体式注射单元结构为设计目标,对熔胶结构、射胶结构、射台移动结构进行设计和探索。利用仿真软件Workbench对核心结构件射胶座进行仿真分析,结果表明该结构设计合理。
The goal of this study is the all-electric molding machine structure under high injection pressure.On the basis of adopting the planetary roller bar as the core transmission part,and with T350 all-electric injection molding machine as an example,and the unitary injection unit structure as the design goal,the melt structure,gel stucture and shooting tale mobile structure have been designed and explored.The core structure of gel structure have been analyzed with simultation,which shows that the structure is designed reasonably.
