摘要 现有的会计人才培养课程体系难以满足“互联网+”时代对会计人才的需求。目前,河南省内应用型本科院校会计专业核心课程趋同、实训课程占比增加、人文教育课程不足及缺少大数据和信息技术方面的课程,主要是由于交叉学科融合不足及相关方面师资缺乏等原因导致的。应通过多学科融合、引进金融科技实训和加大师资引进力度等措施,完善应用型会计人才培养的课程体系。 The current accounting personnel training curriculum system is difficult to meet the demand for accounting personnel in the“Internet+”era.Currently in applied undergraduate colleges and universities of Henan province,there are converge accounting professional core courses,training course proportion increase,insufficient humanities education curriculum and lack of large data and information technology curriculum.It is mainly due to the lack of cross-disciplinary integration and relevant teachers.Thus,app lied undergraduate colleges and universities should prompt the multidisciplinary integration,introduce fintech training and increase the introduction of teachers to improve the curriculum system of application-oriented accounting personnel training.
