摘要
该试验以6年生秋火焰银红槭(Acer×freemanii‘Sienna Glen’)容器苗为对象,从叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷、叶色参数(L*,a*,b*)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量对其在pH 8.36、8.04和7.62不同水平下叶色变化和生理表现进行比较研究,旨在探究不同土壤pH对银红槭叶色变化的影响,以期为人工调控银红槭叶色表达提供理论依据。结果表明,1)随着时间推移,3个处理银红槭的光合色素与花色素苷含量变化趋势不同。土壤pH 8.36下银红槭的叶绿素含量较高,叶片呈现绿色时间较长;pH 7.62下银红槭的花色素苷含量较高,叶色更加红艳。2)各个pH处理银红槭叶片a*均与叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量呈极显著负相关,与可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和花色素苷含量呈极显著或显著正相关(P<0.05)。3)在一定范围内,银红槭叶片呈色随着土壤pH降低而愈发红艳,pH 7.62土壤利于银红槭的叶色表达。
In this study,6-year-old container seedlings of Acer×freemanii that were cultivated in the soils with different soil acidities(pH 8.36,pH 8.04 and pH 7.62)were used as the research objects.The contents of chlorophyll,carotenoids,anthocyanins,leaf color parameters(L*,a*,b*),soluble sugar and soluble protein in the seedling leaves were determined.The objectives of this study were to explore the effects of different soil pH on the change of leaf color of Acer×freemanii,and to provide a theoretical basis for manual regulation of leaf color.The results were as follows.1)The changes of chlorophyll and anthocyanin contents in the leaves of three treatments were different with time.The chlorophyll content of the leaves was the highest at pH 8.36,and the leaves were green for a long time.At pH 7.62,the anthocyanin content in the leaves was the highest,and the leaf color was more red than other treatments.2)The a*value of the leaves was negatively correlated with chlorophyll and carotenoid content,and positively correlated with the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and anthocyanin(P<0.05).3)The leaf color deepened with the decrease of soil pH,indicating that soil with pH 7.62 was beneficial to the coloring of A.×freemanii leaves.
