基于管网计算的涡轮叶片冷却方案设计与验证

摘要 管网计算方法可以快速分析涡轮冷却叶片的对流换热特性,非常适合用于冷却方案的设计。基于校核后的管网计算提出了一种涡轮叶片冷却方案设计方法。针对已有涡轮冷却叶片,通过和三维CFD计算的对比分析,校核了管网计算方法的精度。在此基础上,依次通过冷却通道、局部冷却特征设计,进行了涡轮叶片冷却方案设计,并进行了三维CFD分析验证。经三维CFD验证表明,基于管网计算的涡轮叶片冷却方案设计达到了预期的降温效果。 Coolant flow network has been developed to predictive turbine cooling blade convective heat transfer characteristics and is suitable for preliminary design,because analyzing quickly.A preliminary design method for turbine cooling blade based on coolant flow network was introduced in this work.The heat transfer characteristic of a turbine cooling blade was predicted by coolant flow network method.Three-dimensional CFD analysis of turbine cooling blade was used to verify the accuracy of coolant flow network method.In addition,sequential design of cooling channel and local cooling structure based on coolant flow network were carried out to obtain cooling structure layout of turbine cooling blade.Result shows that preliminary design of turbine cooling blade achieves the expected cooling effect,which has been verified by three-dimensional CFD analysis.
