后疫情时代,中医药迎来了政策、法律、自信发展的特别时期,与中医医疗机构相比,综合医院的中医药发展却面临着管理欠缺、影响滞后、中西医协作不足等困境。随着国家、地方各级关于中医药发展指导意见、中医药条例的发布,将迎来整体中医药高质量发展的关键时期,而作为其重要组成部分的综合医院中医药发展也必将进入快车道。需要综合医院中医医务工作者,院领导以及上级中医药管理者高度重视、共同参与,充分利用政策倾向,补齐短板、弥补薄弱、激活动力;充分利用法律法规的纲领性作用创新发展;将此次抗疫积累的专业自信、管理自信和文化自信融入综合医院整体发展的规划当中;培养疫病人才,在疫病爆发和日常防疫工作中,均发挥特色和优势。从而形成预防保障、救治康复、中西医协同的新体系、发展的新格局。

In the post-epidemic era,traditional Chinese medicine has ushered in a special period of policy,law and confidence development.Compared with medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine,the development of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals is faced with difficulties such as lack of management,lagging influence and lack of coordination between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.With the release of national and local guidance on the development of traditional Chinese medicine and regulations on traditional Chinese medicine,it will usher in a critical period of high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine as a whole,and the development of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals,as an important part of it,will surely enter the fast lane.Medical practitioners of TCM in general hospitals,leaders of the hospital and managers of TCM at higher levels should attach great importance to and participate together,make full use of the policy tendency,strengthen the weak links,make up the weak points and activate the driving force;Make full use of the programmatic function of laws and regulations to innovate and develop;Integrate the professional confidence,management confidence and culture accumulated in fighting the epidemic into the overall development planning of the general hospital;Cultivate epidemic talents and give full play to their characteristics and advantages in the outbreak of epidemic diseases and the routine epidemic prevention work.Thus,a new system of prevention and protection,treatment and rehabilitation,coordination of traditional Chinese and western medicine will be formed,and a new pattern of development will be established.
