图片式体位宣教对甲状腺手术患者体位安置与并发症防护的应用效果

Application of picture posture education in patients’posture placement and complication prevention in operating room

目的探讨图片式体位宣教在甲状腺手术患者体位安置与并发症防护中的应用。方法随机选择2019年1—2021年1月甲状腺外科手术患者60例。根据患者入院前后将其分成对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组接受常规体位干预,观察组接受图片式体位解释法干预。比较两组患者配合程度、体位摆放时间、舒适度和并发症。结果观察组麻醉总配合率(90.00%)和手术总配合率(100.00%)高于对照组(63.33%vs 66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体位摆放时间少于对照组(50.74±3.81 vs 126.29±3.87)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度评分高于对照组(83.24±4.19 vs 63.58±4.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症率低于对照组(13.33%vs 56.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论图片式体位宣教能提升甲状腺手术患者体位配合程度,减少并发症,提升舒适性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application of picture posture education in posture placement and prevention of complications in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods 60 patients with thyroid surgery treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)before and after admission.The patients in the control group received routine posture intervention,and the patients in the observation group received picture posture interpretation intervention.The cooperation degree,posture placement time,comfort and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total cooperation rate of anesthesia was 90.00% and the total cooperation rate of surgery was 100.00% in the observation group than in the control group(63.33%vs 66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Posture time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(50.74±3.81 vs 126.29±3.87)s,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(83.24±4.19 vs 63.58±4.14),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(13.33%vs 56.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Picture posture education can improve the posture coordination of patients undergoing thyroid surgery,reduce complications and improve comfort.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
