基于文献计量学的基层医院护理论文统计分析——以广州市番禺区中心医院2016—2020年发表护理论文为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析广州市番禺区中心医院2016—2020年间护理人员发表科技论文的现状、存在的问题并提出相关对策,为加强基层医院护理科研管理提供借鉴。方法运用文献计量学方法,对2016—2020年护理科技论文发表年度、刊载期刊、被引频次、第一作者基本情况、合作情况等进行分析总结。结果广州市番禺区中心医院护理人员近五年间共在106种期刊上发表289篇科技论文。护理科技数量虽逐年递增,但被引频次较低,学术质量不高,核心作者群尚未形成,论文作者合作情况有待增强。结论应注重政策引导,以解决临床问题为出发点,加强医护合作,发挥重点学科示范作用,从学历教育和机构合作等多方面发掘护理人员科研潜力,提高论文质量。 Objective To analyze the status and problems of nursing staff publishing papers in Panyu Central Hospital in Guangzhou from 2016 to 2020,and propose relevant countermeasures,so as to provide reference for strengthening the nursing research management of primary hospitals.Methods Using bibliometrics methods,the 2016—2020 nursing scientific papers were published,journals published,citation frequency,basic information of the first author,and cooperation status were analyzed and summarized.Results The nursing staff of Panyu Central Hospital in Guangzhou City published 289 scientific papers in 106 journals in the past five years.Although the number of nursing technology is increasing year by year,the citation frequency is low,the academic quality is not high,the core author group has not yet formed,and the cooperation between the authors of the paper needs to be strengthened.Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to policy guidance,take solving clinical problems as the starting point,strengthen medical cooperation,give play to the exemplary role of key disciplines,explore the scientific research potential of nursing staff from the aspects of academic education and institutional cooperation,and improve the quality of papers.
