工业互联网平台助力传统制造企业转型升级研究

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading of Traditional Manufacturing Enterprises Assisted by Industrial Internet Platform

工业互联网平台能实现企业内外资源的在线整合,是传统制造企业利用“互联网+”实现转型升级的有效方式。本文通过案例分析法,研究了我国工业互联网平台助力不同类型传统制造企业转型升级的问题,归纳出四种典型的工业互联网平台推动传统制造企业转型升级的发展模式。提出了工业互联网平台助力我国传统制造企业转型升级的详细路径及相关策略:一是有实力的传统制造企业自主研发工业互联网平台,实现企业价值升级;二是中小微传统制造企业上云上平台,优化决策过程,实现管理升级;三是应用工业互联网平台,通过不断地进行生产流程的优化,实现企业制造模式升级;四是应用工业互联网平台,发现新的商业运行模式,实现经营业态升级。最后提出了政策建议。

Industrial Internet platform is able to realize the online integration of resources inside and outside the enterprise,and it is an effective way for traditional manufacturing enterprises to transform and upgrade by using Internet plus.Through case analysis,this paper studies the transformation and upgrading of different types of traditional manufacturing enterprises by industrial Internet platform in China,and summarizes four typical development modes of industrial Internet platform.The detailed approaches and related strategies for industrial Internet platform to transform and upgrade the traditional manufacturing enterprises are proposed.First,powerful traditional manufacturing enterprises independently develop industrial Internet platform to realize enterprise value upgrading;second,small and medium-sized traditional manufacturing enterprises are elevated to cloud platform to optimize decision-making process and upgrade management;third,industrial Internet platform is applied to continuously optimize production process to upgrade enterprise manufacturing modes.The fourth is to discover new business operation modes and upgrade business forms.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward.
