思想政治教育对大学生主观幸福感的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Ideological and Political Education on Subjective Well-being of College Students

思想政治教育具有价值引导、心理疏导等功能,能够帮助大学生缓解焦虑、树立正确信念,提高幸福感知能力。本文选择某高校在校大学生作为调查研究的对象,通过统计学中的随机问卷调查的方式,共得到有效样本485个,借助SPSS软件进行数据分析,并运用对照实验探究思想政治教育对大学生主观幸福感的影响。结果表明:当前我国大学生主观幸福感得分整体较高,同时也具有性别、专业和年级的差别,思想政治教育能显著提高大学生对学校与学业的满意度及学习与生活的积极情绪,同时显著降低消极情绪。

Ideological and political education has value of guidance,psychological counseling,and other functions,which can help college students relieve anxiety,establish correct beliefs,and improve their ability to perceive happiness.In this paper,college students in a university were selected as the subject of the research.Through random questionnaire survey in statistics,a total of 485 valid samples were obtained.SPSS software was used for data analysis and controlled experiments were used to explore the impact of ideological and political education on the subjective well-being of college students.The results show that at present,the subjective happiness score of Chinese college students is relatively high on the whole,and there are also differences in gender,major,and grade.Ideological and political education can significantly improve college students'satisfaction with school and study as well as their positive emotions in study and life,and at the same time significantly reduce negative emotions.
