摘要
介绍了某5000t/d水泥熟料生产线TC-12102型第三代往复推动式篦冷机的使用现状和存在的问题,实施了将篦冷机整机更换为第四代带中置辊式破碎机的篦冷机的技术改造方案。通过精确的设备选型,合理的工艺设计,严格的现场施工,取得了较好的改造效果。改造后,设备运行可靠,熟料温度、二三次风温、篦冷机综合电耗均达到了设计指标要求,出篦冷机熟料温度降至85.4℃,篦冷机工序电耗降至5.9kW·h/t.cl,每年为企业带来直接经济效益约1400万元。
This article introduces current application situation and existing problems of the TC-12102 type 3^(rd) generation reciprocating grate cooler in a 5000t/d clinker production line.A technical reform scheme is adopted to replace the grate cooler by the 4^(th) generation grate cooler with middle roller crusher.Good results have been obtained through accurate equipment selection,reasonable process design,strict site construction.Assessment indicators reach to expected after transforming,included the reliability and stability of the equipment,clinker temperature,secondary and tertiary air temperature,integrated power consumption of cooler.The clinker temperature out of grate cooler drops to 85.4℃,and the integrated power consumption drops to 5.9kW·h/t.cl.This technical transformation brings about 14 million yuan of direct economic benefits to the enterprise each year.
