摘要
通过在粉煤灰中掺加硫酸铵,模拟不同铵离子含量的粉煤灰,研究不同铵离子含量的粉煤灰对水泥性能的影响。试验表明,实际生产时,应通过试验确认粉煤灰铵离子对不同品种的水泥标准稠度用水量的影响规律;粉煤灰铵离子含量达到一定值后,可延长水泥的凝结时间;当粉煤灰铵离子含量为500~2000mg/kg时,水泥3d、28d抗压强度显著降低;在P·I52.5水泥中掺加30%铵离子含量为2000mg/kg的粉煤灰时,粉煤灰铵离子对水泥与脂肪族减水剂的适应性影响不大,但对水泥与聚羧酸减水剂的适应性有一定影响。
The influence of ammonium ion in fly ash on cement performance was studied by adding ammonium sulfate into fly ash to simulate fly ash with different ammonium ion content.The test shows that the influence of fly ash ammonium ions on the standard consistency of different varieties of cement should be confirmed through the actual production;the condensation time of cement can be extended after the fly ash ammonium ion content reaches a certain value;when the fly ash ammonium ion content is 500~2000 mg/kg,the compressive strength of cement 3d and 28d is significantly reduced;when fly ash with 30%ammonium content of 2000 mg/kg was added to P·I52.5 cement,fly ash ammonium ions had little effect on the adaptability of cement and aliphatic superplasticizers,but had a certain impact on the adaptability of cement and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizers.
