摘要
利用检修期间,采用正压气密式密封装置对窑头密封进行了改造。正压气密式密封装置结构简单,安装方便,能有效阻挡飞砂和烟尘,降低漏风系数,避免窑筒体变形且零部件使用寿命长。本次改造仅7d即顺利完成,改造后,彻底解决了窑头正压时的冒灰问题,杜绝了漏风现象,标煤耗降低了0.3kg/t.cl,电耗降低了0.05~0.10kW·h/t.cl,实现了良好的改造效果。
The kiln hood seal was reformed by using positive pressure airtight sealing device during maintenance.The positive pressure airtight sealing device has the advantages of simple structure and convenient installation,which can effectively prevent sand and dust,reduce air leakage coefficient,avoid cylinder deformation and long service life of parts.The transformation took only 7 days to be successfully completed.After the transformation,it completely solved the soot emission problem of kiln head under positive pressure,put an end to the phenomenon of air leakage.The standard coal consumption was reduced by 0.3kg/t.cl,the power consumption was reduced by 0.05~0.10kW·h/t.cl,and the transformation achieved a good transformation effect.
