基于窄带物联网技术的新型穿戴式多生理参数监测支具在骨折患者治疗中的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:设计一种基于窄带物联网(NB-IoT)技术的可穿戴式护理设备,以助力健康大数据的应用,赢得骨折患者最佳就医治疗时间。方法:结合传感器、嵌入式系统和人机交互等技术,设计基于NB-IoT技术的可穿戴式护理设备,利用传感器采集患者运动心率、患部体表温度和血氧饱和度数据,传送给单片机处理后发送至手机APP,在APP上显示心率、体温和血氧的数值及变化曲线。结果:可穿戴式护理设备能够将给出骨折患者正常的平均恢复曲线,供患者进行对比,帮助骨折患者及医生充分了解康复情况;对于关键性指标,一旦出现异常且超过阈值时,可以生成预警信号,及时提醒就医。结论:基于NB-IoT技术的可穿戴式护理设备经测试,可实现对患者生理参数等数据的采集、储存及分析,具有成本低、功耗低、信号连接稳定和实用性强等特点,对于提升健康服务的连贯性、助力健康大数据发展具有一定的实用意义。 Objective:To design a wearable care equipment based on narrow band internet of things(NB-IoT),so as to assist the application of health big data and gain the optimum treatment time of patients with fracture.Methods:A wearable care equipment based on NB-IoT technique was designed by combining with sensor,embedded system and man-machine interaction technique and so on.And the exercise heart rate,the surface temperature of disease location and the data of oxyhemoglobin saturation of patients were acquired by using sensor,and they were sent to application(APP)of cell phone after they were transmitted to single-chip machine for processing.Finally,the data of heart rate,body temperature and blood oxygen,and the variation curve were displayed on APP.Results:The wearable care equipment could provide the normally average recovery curve of patients with fracture for patients to implement comparison,and help patients with fracture and doctor to fully grasp and understand the rehabilitation condition.For key indicators,once they occurred abnormal and exceeded threshold value,the wearable equipment could generate early warning signal so as to remind patients for seeking medical in time.Conclusion:The tested results indicate that the wearable care equipment based on NB-IoT technique can realize the acquisition,storage and analysis for the data of physiological parameters of patients.And it has a series of characteristics include low cost,low power dissipation,stable signal connection and strong practicability,which have a certain of practical significance for the consistency of enhancing the service of health,and assisting development of health big data.
