摘要
针对当前星载相控阵控制波束指向的波控模块与接收基带模块分立的现状,本文提出了一种星载相控阵收发信机一体化设计方法,利用大规模可编程FPGA实现对波束控制模块与上行数字解调模块的统一设计,并利用专用刷新配置芯片充当SRAM型FPGA的监控刷新,提高系统可靠性,增强了系统集成度。研究成果可为相关应用与研究提供参考。
In view of the current situation that the wave control module of spaceborne phased array controlling beam pointing is separated from the receiving baseband module,this article proposes an integrated design method of spaceborne phased array transceiver,uses large-scale programmable FPGA to realize the unified design of beam control module and uplink digital demodulation module,and uses a special refresh configuration chip as the monitoring refresh of SRAM FPGA,improves system reliability and enhances system integration.The research results can provide reference for related application and research.
