基于PLC的堆料机接煤板设备电气控制设计与研究

摘要 港口生产急需解决各类环保问题,其中燃煤(物料)在转运过程中,大量的煤泥黏附在输煤皮带上,输送皮带在通过回程滚筒处的一级和二级清扫器后,皮带表面还会黏附着一定的煤泥,造成回程皮带下方沿途大量污染,严重影响堆料机及周围环境,因此必须予以高度重视。本文基于堆料机接煤板设备这一使用背景,结合自身工作经验,对其设备的电气控制系统进行了设计并对使用结果展开对比研究,其结果表明本文所设计的电气控制系统能够较好地应用于生产实际,可为同行提供一定的借鉴和设计参考。 There is an urgent need to solve various environmental protection problems in port production.During the transshipment process of coal(material),a large amount of coal slime adheres to the coal conveyor belt.After the conveyor belt passes through the primary and secondary cleaners at the return drum,the belt surface will also carry a certain amount of coal slime,causing a lot of pollution under the return belt along the way,which seriously affects the stacker and the surrounding environment,so it must be paid great attention.Based on the background of the use of the coal receiving plate equipment of the stacker,combined with its own work experience,this article designs the electrical control system of the equipment and conducts a comparative study on the use results.The results show that the electrical control system designed in this article can be better applied in the actual production,which can provide some reference and design reference for the peers.
