摘要
本文通过菌株Nocardia.sp.163在发酵罐培养时培养基灭菌温度的试验,发酵培养42h后,发酵液通过离心和微滤膜清洗降低色度后,分批投入水合反应釜进行水合反应,计算生产一吨丙烯酰胺消耗发酵液量;筛选到一优良的消毒温度在该温度消毒后培养的发酵液酶活提高了67%,在催化丙烯腈水合生成丙烯酰胺的反应中消耗发酵液的量降低了32%。
In this article,the sterilization temperature of the culture medium of strain Nocardia.sp.163 in the fermenter culture is tested.After 42 hours of fermentation,the fermentation broth is centrifuged and washed with microfiltration membrane to reduce the color,and then put into the hydration reactor in batches for hydration reaction,the amount of fermentation broth consumed to produce one ton of acrylamide is calculated;an excellent disinfection temperature is screened,the enzyme activity of the fermentation broth cultured after disinfection at this temperature increases by 67%,and the amount of fermentation broth consumed in the reaction of catalyzing the hydration of acrylonitrile to generate acrylamide decreases by 32%.
