摘要
平皮带输送机是连续运行的运输,在PCB板、软板和载具等半导体行业输送产品,如PCB板、软板和放置载具的成件产品。平皮带输送机是半导体行业最理想的运输机,运行可靠度高,易于实现自动化、集中化控制。应用又得到进一步推广。同时由于该机构是用于自动化设备行业的,因此需要考虑人体工程学以达到方便操作,高速、高效、高稳定性的目的。该设计选择运用SolidWorks三维建模软件,完成平皮带输送机的结构设计、2D装配图以及其主要零件图的绘制。
Flat belt conveyor is a continuous operation of transportation,in PCB board,soft board,vehicles and other semiconductor industries to transport products,such as PCB board,soft board and the finished products of placing vehicles.The flat belt conveyor is the most ideal transport machine in the semiconductor industry,and its operation reliability is high,and it is easy to realize automation and centralized control.The application has been further promoted.At the same time,because the organization is used in the automation equipment industry,it is necessary to consider ergonomics in order to achieve the purpose of convenient operation,high speed,high efficiency and high stability.This design chooses to use SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software to complete the structure design of the flat belt conveyor,the 2D assembly drawing and the drawing of its main parts.
