电站锅炉特殊钢材焊接工艺探究

摘要 为满足电力工业的发展需求,近年来,电站锅炉的机组参数与装机容量也在不断提高,锅炉的过热器与再热器的最高壁温甚至在600℃以上,传统的珠光体耐热钢、贝氏体耐热钢等钢材已经无法适应电站的运行现状,取而代之的是抗氧化、耐热性更好的钢材。文章分别探讨TP304、T91和P91等特殊钢材的焊接工艺。 In order to meet the needs of the development of the power industry,in recent years,the unit parameters and installed capacity of power station boilers are also increasing,and the maximum wall temperature of superheaters and reheaters of boilers is even above 600℃.The traditional pearlite heat-resistant steel,bainitic heat-resistant steel and other steels have been unable to adapt to the operation status of the power plant,and have been replaced by steel with better oxidation resistance and heat resistance.In this paper,the welding processes of special steels such as TP304,T91 and P91 are discussed respectively.
