摘要
上个世纪发展至今的高温高压技术,成功实现人造金刚石从实验室走向工业应用,目前是一种新的先进制造技术。其中非常重要的一项发明就是聚晶金刚石复合片(Pollycrystalline Diamond Compact,PDC),在高温高压下使金刚石和硬质合金熔接在一起。聚晶金刚石复合片具备金刚石的高耐磨性、高硬度,是制造切削刀具、钻井钻头、煤炭开采及其他耐磨工具的理想材料。聚晶金刚石复合片的研究与开发也一直是一个热门领域。
The development of high temperature and high pressure technology in the last century has successfully realized the industrial application of synthetic diamond from laboratory to industry.At present,it has become a new advanced manufacturing technology.One of the most important inventions is polycrystalline diamond composite(PDC),which fuses diamond and cemented carbide at high temperature and high pressure.Polycrystalline diamond composite has the high wear resistance and hardness of diamond,so it is an ideal material for manufacturing cutting tools,drilling bits,coal mining and other wear-resistant tools.The research and development of polycrystalline diamond compacts has always been a hot field.
