工程项目执行阶段管道焊接及无损检测管理系统的建立与实施

借鉴以往经验,综合总包单位管理的要求和施工单位自我管理的需求,开发建立在云服务器上的管道焊接及无损检测管理系统,适合公司多项目和项目异地协作办公。该系统融合管道技术管理、焊接质量控制和系统试压管理于一体,实现多角度多层次的焊接进度查询和管道试压前海量交工资料的标准化打印的功能;从控制和降低整个“经济链”的成本来考虑整合了各种报验和台账管理的需求,实现总承包商与施工承包商共同的项目管理目的。

With previous experience for reference,by combining the requirements of general contractor management and self-management of construction units,a pipeline welding and non-destructive testing management system based on cloud server is developed,which is suitable for multi-project and remote cooperation of the company.The system integrates pipeline technical management,welding quality control and system pressure test management,and realizes the functions of multi-angle and multi-level welding progress query and standardized printing of massive delivery data before pipeline pressure testing.From controlling and reducing the cost of the whole"economic chain",it integrates the requirements of all kinds of inspection and account management,so as to achieve the purpose of common project management between the general contractor and the construction contractor.
