自贸港建设背景下海南省旅游人才培养探析

Research on the Cultivation of Tourism Talents in Hainan Province under the Background of the Construction of Free Trade Port

通过对海南自由贸易港建设对旅游人才需求的分析,总结出未来海南省经济发展建设对旅游人才将提出的新要求。未来对旅游人才的需求将更偏向于具备综合知识的交叉复合型人才,同时偏向于具有国际视野、具备外语能力和跨文化交流能力的高端国际化人才。目前海南省旅游人才培养和供给存在缺乏高端旅游人才、人才结构不均衡、专业人才流失严重等问题,高校旅游人才培养体系存在国际视野、课程体系设置、师资队伍建设等方面的问题。改善和优化的途径与对策,包括以目标为导向培养人才、优化课程体系、完善学科建设、提升师资队伍水平、优化师资队伍结构、提升办学条件为学生创造更优成才条件等。

Through the analysis of the demand for tourism talents in the construction of Hainan free trade port,this paper summarizes the new requirements for tourism talents in the future economic development and construction of Hainan Province.In the future,the demand for tourism talents will be more inclined to cross compound talents with comprehensive knowledge,as well as high-end international talents with international vision,foreign language ability and cross-cultural communication ability.At present,there are some problems in the cultivation and supply of tourism talents in Hainan Province,such as lack of high-end tourism talents,unbalanced talent structure and serious loss of professional talents.There are problems in the cultivation system of tourism talents in Colleges and universities,such as international vision,curriculum system setting,teaching staff construction and so on.The ways and countermeasures of improvement and optimization include cultivating talents under the guidance of objectives,optimizing curriculum system,perfecting discipline construction,improving the level of teachers,optimizing the structure of teachers,improving school running conditions,and creating better conditions for students to become talents.
