市政工程中造价控制一直是一项主要工作,可以决定市政工程的整体效益、施工进度以及质量效率,但由于市政工程的涵盖内容过多,通过以往方式进行管理控制很难保证造价成本的利用情况,因此,市政工程可以采取工程预算展开造价控制工作。为了促使更多施工单位了解工程预算的应用效果,本文先行介绍市政工程造价控制的综合概述,继而分析工程预算在市政工程造价控制中的潜在价值,以及工程预算在实际应用中的有效方法。

In municipal projects,cost control has always been a major task,which can determine the overall benefit,construction progress,and quality efficiency of municipal projects.However,due to the excessive coverage of municipal projects,it is difficult to guarantee the utilization of cost when municipal projects are managed and controlled with previous methods.Therefore,the municipal projects may adopt the project budget to carry out the cost control work.In order to encourage more construction units to understand the application effect of project budget,this article first introduces a comprehensive overview of municipal project cost control,and then analyzes the potential value of project budget in municipal project cost control,as well as the effective method of project budget in practical application.
