摘要
文章针对飞机空调系统空气循环机故障频发和检测过程繁琐的问题,进行飞机空气循环机故障检测的研究,并分析常见故障产生机理,最终设计一套软件以实现空气循环机的快速检测。通过LabVIEW设计集数据采集、数据处理、数据分析为一体的测试软件,采用基于虚拟仪器数据采集的测量方法,利用COMPACTDAQ平台采集空气循环机的温度、空气流量、压力等信号。通过软件完成T检验的程序化处理,判断相应情况下检测参数是否出现异常特征情况,进而显示空气循环机的故障情况。该软件测试法为飞机空调系统ACM故障诊断提供一种更加便捷的测试方法。
Aiming at the problems of frequent faults and tedious detection process of air cycle machine(ACM) in aircraft air conditioning system, this paper studies the fault detection of aircraft air cycle machine and analyzes the mechanism of common faults. Finally, a set of software is designed to realize the rapid detection of air cycle machine. Through LabVIEW,the test software is designed, which integrates data acquisition, data processing and data analysis. The measurement method based on virtual instrument data acquisition is adopted, and the COMPACTDAQ platform is used to collect the temperature, air flow, pressure and other signals of the air cycle machine. The program processing of T-test is completed by the software, and the abnormal characteristics of the detection parameters are judged under the corresponding conditions, and then the fault of the air cycle machine is displayed. The software testing method provides a more convenient testing method for ACM fault diagnosis of aircraft air conditioning system.
