摘要
原油差温顺序输送是指顺序输送在具有不同流动特性的原油时,根据安全与节能的需要,调整油品加热温度以节约能耗的一种管输技术。文章研究冷热原油顺序输送过程中的管内原油不同位置时温度和土壤传热系数等参数的计算,对管道内外传热的耦合过程进行探讨,建立冷热原油顺序输送的数学模型。通过优选低凝油油尾加热时机及出站温度,实现提高冷热油顺序输送经济效益的目标。
Differential temperature sequential transportation of crude oil refers to a pipeline transportation technology that adjusts the heating temperature of oil products to save energy consumption according to the needs of safety and energy saving when transporting crude oil with different flow characteristics sequentially. In this paper, the calculation of crude oil temperature and soil heat transfer coefficient in different positions in the pipeline in the process of sequential transportation of hot and cold crude oil is studied, the coupling process of heat transfer inside and outside the pipeline is discussed, and the mathematical model of sequential transportation of hot and cold crude oil is established. By optimizing the heating time and exit temperature of low pour point oil tail, the goal of improving the economic benefit of sequential transportation of hot and cold oil is achieved.
