摘要
利用X射线、显微镜等方法系统分析某石墨矿的工艺矿物学特征。统计发现,晶质鳞片石墨是本石墨矿的主要矿物,方解石、石英、黑云母等是脉石矿物的主要类型。基于工艺矿物学研究分析结果,对本石墨矿进行单次粗磨、粗选,执行5次粗精矿配合6次精选的工艺流程,得到石墨精矿固定碳含量在95.0%以上,回收率高于90%。
The process mineralogical characteristics of a graphite ore were analyzed systematically by means of X-ray and microscope. Statistics show that crystalline flake graphite is the main mineral of this graphite ore, while calcite, quartz and biotite are the main types of gangue minerals. Based on the results of process mineralogy research and analysis, the single rough grinding and rough separation of the graphite ore were carried out, and the technological process of 5 times coarse concentrate combined with 6 times cleaning was carried out. The fixed carbon content of the graphite concentrate was more than 95.0%, and the recovery was higher than 90%.
