轧制及热处理工艺对Q345E组织及力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析不同轧制及正火工艺下钢板的金相组织和力学性能,研究轧制及热处理工艺对厚规格Q345E组织及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,采用两阶段轧制工艺的钢板,其强度和韧性优于常规轧制;随着正火保温时间的延长,钢板的韧性先升高后降低;通过优化轧钢工艺及热处理工艺,保证钢板的两阶段轧制,保证正火加热时间,可明显提高厚规格正火Q345E的冲击性能稳定性,一次合格率达到100%。 By analyzing the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel plate under different rolling and normalizing processes, the effects of rolling and heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of thick specification Q345E were studied. The results show that the strength and toughness of the steel plate with two-stage rolling process are better than those of conventional rolling;with the extension of normalizing holding time, the toughness of steel plate increases at first and then decreases;by optimizing rolling process and heat treatment process, the two-stage rolling of steel plate and the normalizing heating time are ensured, which can obviously improve the impact performance stability of thick specification normalizing Q345E, and thereby the one-time qualified rate is up to 100%.
