超深页岩气井黄2XX井水平段钻井液关键技术

摘要 黄2XX井为部署在东山构造西南倾没端的一口四开超深页岩气水平井,完钻井深6 180 m,水平段长2 210 m。该井水平段龙马溪组,五峰组为页岩,矿物成分黏土矿物极易遇水发生膨胀,而影响正常钻进,造成井壁垮塌等井下复杂;同时因地层受到钻井液污染,会影响后期产能建设。因此,在该井水平段钻井中,优选油基钻井液体系,配置一定比例支撑剂,细化井壁稳定技术、井眼净化工艺及油气层保护方案,使该井顺利完成施工。 Huang 2XX well is a four-open ultra-deep shale gas horizontal well deployed at the southwest dip end of Dongshan structure, with a drilling depth of 6,180 m and a horizontal section length of 2,210 m. In the horizontal section of the well, Longmaxi formation and Wufeng formation are shale, and the clay minerals are easy to expand in the presence of water, which affects normal drilling and causes downhole complexity such as sidewall collapse. At the same time, the formation is polluted by drilling fluid, which will affect the productivity construction in the later stage. Therefore, in the horizontal section of the well, the oil-based drilling fluid system is optimized, a certain proportion of supporting agent is allocated, the wellbore stabilization technology, wellbore purification technology and reservoir protection scheme are refined, make and the construction of the well is completed successfully.
