保加利亚中文教学发展现状及前瞻研究

A Study on the Current Situation and Prospect of Chinese Language Teaching in Bulgaria

随着全球化进程的推进,中文作为外语的地位和价值不断提升,全球学习中文的热情不断高涨。保加利亚是“一带一路”沿线具有代表性的中东欧国家之一,其中文教育的发展和进步也是海外中文教育事业的重要组成部分。本文基于事实调查,简述了中文教学在当地的发展现状以及在基础教育、高等教育等不同教学阶段呈现出的特点,剖析了保加利亚中文教学发展中的历史遗留问题和现实挑战,并对未来的发展趋势进行研判,可为“一带一路”沿线国家语言规划的制定以及中东欧其他国家的中文教学提供一些新的思路和策略参考。

With the continuous advancement of globalization,the status and value of Chinese as a foreign language have been rising,and the enthusiasm for learning Chinese language has been growing worldwide.Bulgaria is one of the representative countries in Central and Eastern Europe along the Belt and Road,and the development and progress of its Chinese language education is also an important part of overseas Chinese language education.Based on factual investigations,this paper briefly describes current situation of Chinese language teaching in Bulgaria and summarizes the characteristics of Chinese language teaching in different teaching stages such as elementary education and higher education.This paper analyzes the historical problems and challenges in the development of Chinese language teaching in Bulgaria,and makes a judgement on the future development trend which can provide some new ideas and strategic references for the language planning of the countries along the Belt and Road as well as for the Chinese language teaching in other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
