摘要
文中研究了安全带自身结构各单一因素对拉出及回卷性能的影响,并基于自身结构可调参数,进行多因素组合分析研究。利用极差分析法选取安全带舒适性方案最优解,使用方差分析法对各正交因素开展敏感度分析,探究各因素在不同布置条件下的显著性。基于正交试验分析结论,选取性能优化梯度方案,并在整车条件下搭载与主观评价。结果表明:正交试验极差分析方案与整车主观评价方案的结论一致。最后综合整车评价结果,总结出一些对安全带整车舒适性匹配设计的建议。
The influence of single factor of safety belt structure on pull-out and recovery performance was studied.Multi factor combination analysis was carried out based on the adjustable parameters of its own structure.The range analysis method was used to select the optimal solution of the comfort scheme, and the variance analysis method was used to analyze the sensitivity of the orthogonal factors to explore the significance of the factors under different layout conditions.Based on the analysis results of orthogonal test, the performance gradient scheme was optimized and carried on the whole vehicle and evaluated subjectively.The results show that the range analysis scheme of orthogonal test is consistent with the subjective evaluation scheme of the vehicle.Finally, based on the evaluation results of the whole vehicle, some suggestions for the matching design of seat belt comfort were summarized.
