摘要
十字轴式万向节是汽车传动系统中的关键部件,起着传递发动机输出动力的作用,其优劣直接影响整车的平稳性和经济性。文中对重型万向节十字轴总成失效现象进行了介绍,并从宏观形貌、温度变化、尺寸精测等方面对其失效原因进行了深入分析,研究发现有安装倒角和装配压装引起轴套的椭圆变形是造成万向节十字轴总成失效的主要原因。最后提出了万向节十字轴总成设计的改进建议及产品失效分析模式,为同产品的设计与分析提供了参考。
The joint cross shaft assembly is a key component of the vehicle transmission system,which plays a role in transmitting the output power of the engine.Its quality directly affects the stability and economy of the whole vehicle.The failure phenomenon of heavy-duty universal joint cross shaft assembly was introduced,and the failure causes were deeply analyzed from the aspects of macroscopic morphology,temperature variation and dimensional precision measurement.It was found that the elliptical deformation of the bushings caused by mounting chamfers and assembly press fit was the main cause of failure of the universal joint cross shaft assembly.The improvement suggestions of universal joint spider assembly design and product failure analysis mode were put forward.It provides a reference for the design and analysis of similar products.
