摘要
根据色度特性测试工作原理,对机动车用前雾灯的色度特性进行测试和不确定度分析。通过建立模型,对各因素不确定度进行了分析与计算,确定了影响色度特性测试结果准确度的主要因素是设备精度和测试技术员。基于此影响因素,提出了校准和核查相关设备及提高操作人员的规范性等改进措施,从而减少测试偏差,提高测试准确性。
According to the working principle of colorimetric characteristic test,the colorimetric characteristics of front fog lamp for power-driven vehicles were tested and the uncertainty was analyzed.Through the establishment of the model,the uncertainty of each factor was analyzed and calculated.It was determined that the main factors affecting the accuracy of colorimetric characteristic test results were equipment accuracy and test technicians.Based on these influencing factors,the improvement measures such as calibration and verification of relevant equipment and improving the standardization of operators were put forward,so as to reduce the test deviation and improve the test accuracy.
